Shipping
1. Order Confirmation
You select your size and color at checkout. After your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm your selections and make sure there are no mistakes. Processing begins once you have confirmed your order details.
2. Processing Time and Shipping Methods
After confirmation, processing takes 3 to 7 business days with Standard Shipping, or 3 to 5 business days with Express Shipping. Your order ships once processing is complete. Delivery time after shipping depends on your location and the courier.
3. Domestic Rates
Standard shipping is free on orders over ₦4,500. Express shipping is a flat ₦6,500. Delivery fees for other orders are shown at checkout.
4. International
We ship to most countries. International standard shipping is $24.99 with 7-12 business day delivery after processing is complete. Express options appear at checkout. Duties and taxes are pre-paid for select destinations; otherwise the courier collects them on delivery.
5. Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. You can also see live status from Account → Orders → Track.
6. Lost or Stuck Shipments
If a tracking number has not updated for more than 7 business days, email support@nmgfashioncloud.store. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either refund or reship the order after an agreement with you.
